Skies
Read MoreHow tiny are we?
As a child, I always used to imagine lightning as being created by a supernatural being. Using a massive paintbrush soaked in brilliant white paint, it would take its own time to paint the strokes across the sky. I set my tripod and camera and kept shooting till I got this shot and then some. When I finally saw the picture on my laptop, it dawned upon me, how tiny we are. I mean, just look at the scale of those buildings as compared to the lightning!
Sunday Sunrise
I woke up quite early today for a Sunday morning. As I squinted through my half-asleep eyes, I saw a golden hue sprayed across the sky. That was enough to motivate me to get out of my bed, grab the camera and run to a good spot to capture this. I am happy with the end result. But I am also happy that I was able to create something. I saw an opportunity and gunned for it. Hope this motivates you!
Double Delight
The double rainbow was so up close, I almost regretted not being able to see it in it's entirety. We often ignore the beautiful things we have right in front of our eyes and keep looking for more. Is that right or wrong? You cannot be too sure, this world is full of surprises.

Silver Linings
Don't forget to look up - even if it is a dark and cloudy day, always remember that there is sunshine peeking from behind that gloomy shroud. As I gazed at the heavens, it occurred to me that optimism and hope are the only things that keep us ticking in this inexplicable existence!
